The new FlowPro Remote Injector is comprised of several key components, each contributing to its overall functionality and efficiency.
At the heart of the system is the 3-way ball valve, which is engineered for reliability and longevity. The valve is constructed from stainless steel using PTFE seals to offer superior sealing capabilities and chemical resistance ensuring that the valve operates effectively in various environments. Additionally, Kynar fittings are incorporated for their chemical resistance and mechanical strength, making the system robust. The valve is bolted to the actuator using matching bolt heads of the supplied allen wrench which simplifies maintenance and repair/replacement.
The actuator is another critical component, boasting an IP67 rating that signifies its dust-tight design and protection against the effects of immersion in water, making it suitable for challenging conditions. It also features a manual override function, which allows operators to control the valve manually in the event of a power failure. The absence of connectors in the system design simplifies installation and reduces potential failure points, enhancing the system's reliability.
The remote system is designed with user convenience in mind, offering a range of up to 2000 feet. This extensive range ensures that operators can control chemical application from a distance, increasing flexibility and efficiency in operations. The system provides audible feedback, enabling operators to confirm commands even when out of visual range of the trailer. Additionally, it comes with two remotes, ensuring that backup control is always within reach.

Two year warranty on actuator and control box. Ball valve and remote transmitters are considered wearable items and their life span varies by use and care. These items are covered for 60 days.

Recommendation: It is recommended to install a manual chemical injector bypass with this product for full flow at the turn of the handle when surface cleaning.
